RETURNS POLICY<\/strong><\/p>

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair \/ replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from Vecchio Apparel and its Client Portals.\u00a0<\/p>

This policy forms part of the\u00a0Vecchio Apparels\u00a0Terms and Conditions\u00a0and words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this policy unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.<\/p>

  1. R<\/strong>efunds\u00a0and <\/strong>E<\/strong>xchanges<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    In general, you can return a product to us provided:\u00a0<\/p>

      • it is\u00a0undamaged and unused<\/strong>, with the original labels and\/or stickers still attached;\u00a0<\/p><\/li>

      • it is not missing any\u00a0accessories or parts<\/strong>;<\/p><\/li>

      • it has not\u00a0been personalised for you or made to your specifications, unless defective.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

        Products can be exchanged for a different size provided that such variation is available, and is available at the same price as the product originally purchased. One exchange per purchase. If such variation is not immediately available, we will\u00a0refund you with the purchase price of the product within 8 days of you logging the return.\u00a0<\/p>

        No cash refunds on items bought on SALE;\u00a0<\/strong>should you like to return your item we will refund the amount to store credit.\u00a0<\/p>

        STEPS TO FOLLOW:<\/p>

        • Email reception@hatrick.co.za\u00a0within 7 days<\/strong>\u00a0(of delivery to you or collection by you of the product). After\u00a07 days you can only return a product if it is defective within 3\u00a0months from delivery to or collection by you.<\/li>
        • Please include your banking details for a refund.<\/li>
        • You now have 2 options to get the item back to us.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>

          A.\u00a0 \u00a0 Deliver to 7 Beach Road Maitland, Cape Town, 7405\u00a0 +27 510 5459\u00a0<\/p>

          B.\u00a0 \u00a0We can arrange a courier to collect your goods. Please include your address and when somebody is available in the email you send. Please be aware that Courier costs could\/would be for your account.<\/p>

          We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return. Once we have done so we will\u00a0refund\u00a0you with the purchase price of the product within 8 days of the return. Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 \u2013 10 working days to reflect in your account.\u00a0We are entitled to refuse a return if the product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories.\u00a0<\/p>

          Not what you ordered?<\/strong><\/p>

          If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described on the Website (or if it is missing any accessories), please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 8 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).<\/p>

          2.\u00a0Products damaged on delivery<\/strong><\/p>

          Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery \/ collection,\u00a0please notify us\u00a0of such delivery.<\/p>

          We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, repair \/ replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair \/ replacement is possible) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference). Credits and refunds are normally handled within 8 days of logging the return (bear in mind that refunds can take 1-4 working days to reflect in your account). Repairs and replacements could take longer, depending on parts \/ replacement availability.<\/p>

          3. Defective products<\/strong><\/p>

          We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects.\u00a0<\/p>

          What is a defect?\u00a0A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.\u00a0<\/p>

          The following will\u00a0NOT<\/strong>\u00a0be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section 4:\u00a0<\/p>

            • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;<\/p><\/li>

            • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;<\/p><\/li>

            • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;<\/p><\/li>

            • damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product; and<\/p><\/li>

            • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

              4. Charges<\/strong><\/p>

              If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories that were sold with that product, we are entitled (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return, only to replace the item that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and only to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item.<\/p>

              If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse Vecchio Apparel\u00a0for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.<\/p>

              \u201ccollect the product from you at no charge\u201d<\/strong> covers a reasonable radius from our Offices, you will be advised via email if you fall out of this radius<\/p>

              5. International Returns and\u00a0Exchanges\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>
